Your Investment:

With a 1 month exclusive contract, our clients will receive:
Proprietary Buyer’s Guide: Our guide was created by the team, including real life case studies and strategies for use throughout your home buying experience.
Blueprint: Find My Home After signing our buyer broker agreement, we create a customized home search strategy.
Full-Time Agent Support: Our full-time agents are available with 24-hour notice for showings, offering expert guidance throughout the buying process.
Our agents reserve space for a limited about of buyers in the active search process at any point in time, in order to adequately reserve resources and appointment times for our clients.

The Concierge Search
Some buyers are looking for something specific enough that the standard search won’t surface it. We tap our broker network, agent relationships, and homes that sellers have authorized us to share before they list, so you see options others don’t. Every home you tour is one we’d be comfortable representing, meaning you get a full, fair shot at the offers that matter, not a shortcut around them.
Pricing is straightforward and shared on our first call so you can compare openly.
Includes everything in the Classic Package, plus:
Broker Network Access: We make direct inquiries through our agent relationships and the wider Compass network to surface homes that fit your criteria.
Pre-Market Listings: When sellers authorize early sharing, we get you in front of those homes before they hit the open market.
Targeted Search Refinement: A weekly walk-through together of new options, refining the search as we learn what is and isn’t working.
Considered Outreach: When it makes sense, we reach out to owners in your target neighborhoods, only where invited or appropriate, never as a cold-prospecting blitz.

Executive Service
For our busy buyers who want a hassle-free move-in experience, we’ll handle everything from pre- to- post purchase.
Your Investment:
Classic Package pricing plus an additional 1.5-3.5%, determined by the scope of work
Includes all services from the Classic Package.
Ultimate Move-In Support: Includes all services from the Classic Package, plus comprehensive move-in assistance.
Vendor Coordination: We can arrange and oversee deep cleaning, repairs, and upgrades (completed within a three-month period).
Moving Management: We can handle all aspects of your move, from coordinating with movers to unpacking and setting up your home.
Turnkey Experience: We can even furnish your home and stock your fridge, ensuring everything is ready for you to settle in without any hassle.
Custom Service & Fees: Due to the varying scope of move-in tasks, fees are customized based on the scope of work.
